Our research project 4boards.ai had the pleasure to present at the celebratory event for IMIT’s 40 years, on the 24th of October 2019. IMIT, a partner in the 4boards.ai project, is a foundation that aims to support research and development in technical, industrial and administrative renewal. During the presentation, Liselotte Engstam and me from the 4boards.ai team, presented the Boards 4 AI Leadership Matrix and collected data from the participants in the room by conducting a Mentimeter flash-survey. Check the presentation slides in SlideShare.
On the last 15th of November 2019, I had the honor of sharing my thoughts on the future of health-care on an inspiring lecture at the Innovation day in Karolinska Institutet. My talk was one of the three inspiring talks to help the students deep-dive in a health hackathon which had the challenge to redesign the home of a multiple sclerosis patient in the year 2030.
I was invited to activate and inspire Spotify employees with a lunch presentation. Rapid advancements in technology, together with increasing socio-political unrest and the challenges of climate change, generate increasingly dynamic, complex and uncertain competitive environments. Today, it is an advantage to understand where tomorrow is headed and how we can impact the future. This talk introduced Spotify employees to the concept managing uncertainty by the exploration of trends, trendspotting and future thinking.
Last November, I was presenting with Paul Lequay the work of the Stockholm Speculative Futures Chapter on the Future of Privacy. We talked about the challenges we face when it comes to mass-surveillance, privacy and data management, by building possible futures for Stockholm in 2040. These possible futures where build collaboratively between the entire Stockholm Speculative Futures, including Trieuvy Luu, Marie Louise Juul Søndergaard and Lorenzo Davoli, with the support from Martina Eriksson and Johan Hammarlund.
